The burglar, described as a black male aged 18 to 25, 5`9” to 6`0”, and wearing a black shirt and blue jeans, took a black patent leather Dooney & Bourke handbag valued at $500, a silver Motorola Razr phone, $1,000 in cash, two credit cards, a driver’s license, and a passport. Please help police identify and arrest this burglar. The minimum reward for an arrest is $710 plus 10% of the value of the property recovered.

St. Croix: On August 18, 2008 at about 1:40 a.m., residents of Williams Delight reported a number of shots fired. Police officers found 30-year old Shada Mustafa lying in his front yard with several gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital but later died. Help detectives identify the killer(s). The minimum reward for this arrest is $1,250.
St. John: On December 27 at about 6:30 p.m., a black backpack containing a woman’s US passport and a black iPhone in an orange case were stolen from a grey Isuzu Trooper while parked at Market Place. The minimum reward for this arrest is $357.
St. Thomas: On December 25, at about 12:20 a.m. in the area of Silver Dollar Convenience Store, four masked individuals in a white Toyota Camry robbed and then opened fire on a group of people playing dominoes, wounding six individuals. Help police identify these shooters and get these thugs off the streets. The minimum reward for the arrest of the four suspects is $2,500

One victim was robbed of his gold chain and another was shot several times as he ran away. The three robbers then fled in an easterly direction. Help police identify these robbers. The minimum reward for the arrest of these suspects is $892.
St. John: A robbery occurred at 251 Estate Enighed on December 22 at about 11:40 p.m. The victim was tied up and robbed at knife point by two Spanish-speaking males who took a large amount of cash from the victim. The minimum reward for the arrest of these robbers is $892.

St. Croix: Two teenagers burglarized a Whim residence near Campo Rico on December 17 at about 8:30 a.m., stealing tools, jewelry and cash. When confronted by the owner, the two ran in a westerly direction. Both were 13 to 15 years old, and slim. One was about 5`8", wearing blue jeans with short-cropped hair. The other was about 5`3", wearing dark pants with a white tee shirt over his face. The minimum reward for the arrest of these two is $1,428.
St. John: Burglars broke into Breckinridge Custom Homes in Enighed on December 16, stealing two black Dell laptops. The minimum reward for an arrest in this case is $714.
St. Thomas: Police need your help in identifying the two males who robbed a man on December 10 at about 9:10 p.m. near Percy`s Bus Stop. The victim was dragged into the parking lot, assaulted at gun point, and robbed of his cell phone and wallet. The minimum reward for the arrests of these two males is $1,785.

St. Croix: Detectives are asking the public’s assistance in identifying the person(s) responsible for the homicide of 41-year-old George Cintron of Estate Adventure who was walking with friends along the roadway between Estate Profit and the Bethlehem (Harvey) Housing Community on May 27 at about 11:45 p.m. He was approached and shot by an unknown person. Witnesses reported a vehicle speeding away from the scene. Detectives are asking anyone with information on this vehicle, or the person(s) involved, to please call Crime Stoppers.
St. John: Police need the community’s assistance in identifying the person(s) who broke into a Suzuki Vitara on November 16 at about 8:45 a.m. in the area of Frank Street in Cruz Bay. A Dell laptop, Alpine amplifier, Sony speakers, Clarion equalizer, and other stereo equipment were stolen.
St. Thomas: Police are requesting your assistance in solving a robbery on December 7 at about 10 p.m. in the Beacon Point area. The victim was robbed of a cell phone and money at knife point by a black male.

One wore a red shirt and jean shorts. The other wore a black shirt and jean shorts. The minimum reward for the arrest of these two robbers is $1,250.
St. John: During the night of November 19 while the occupants slept, a burglar entered a villa in the Serendip area and stole a Motorola cell phone, an HP laptop, and a black leather computer bag. The minimum reward for the arrest of this burglar is $700.
St. Thomas: While playing dominoes in the area of Annas Retreat on November 19 at 10:28 p.m., a male in his twenties heard several shots and then realized that he had been shot. The minimum reward for the arrest of the shooter is $900.

We are seeking the names of the burglars, along with the names of any individuals or businesses who are buying and reselling stolen items. This fire occurred between 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. on November 1. St. Croix: On November 2 St. Croix incurred its 19th homicide of the year. Many of the victims were males under the age of 25. Please help stop this carnage. If you have any information or know who was involved in any of the unsolved homicides, please call so detectives can find the killers and bring closure to the many families affected by these deaths.
St. John: Police are requesting assistance in solving a daylight burglary that occurred in the area of Enighed on October 20. A large amount of jewelry was taken plus clothing and an iPod. If you have any information about this burglary or the whereabouts of the stolen items, please call.

St. Croix: On Wednesday, October 21, about 10:00 p.m., a 55-year old man walking to his home in Whites Bay was brutally attacked and robbed at gun point by three men in the vicinity of Walter I.M. Hodge Pavilion. Two attackers were described as slim, and one as heavy-set. All three men were about 21 to 25 years of age. If you heard any unusual noises, saw people in the area, or know anything about this attack, please call immediately.
St. John: Police are requesting information concerning a burglary on Monday, October 26, in Francis Bay Estate. The burglar(s) entered through a window and stole a silver 17 inch Apple PowerBook laptop computer valued at $3,500. If you know anything about this burglary or the current location of the laptop, please call.

The man tied her up, struck her head with a hammer, and took her money before fleeing. Help police find this man.

St. Croix: During the late evening of September 30, 2007, Corrections Officer Davidson James died of multiple gunshots wounds after being ambushed at the gate of his home in Estate Smithfield. Detectives are asking for your assistance in identifying the individual(s) responsible for this vicious attack. Please help bring closure to this case for his family and friends while sending a message to the criminal element that crime is no longer tolerated in the VI.
St. John: Police are asking for the community`s help in identifying the person(s) responsible for the homicide of Mr. Juan Ayala, owner of Cap`s Place in Cruz Bay, who was killed on January 5, 2009 at his home in Estate Pastory. He was shot multiple times. If you have information on this murder, make the anonymous phone call to Crime Stoppers.
St. Thomas: Police are requesting your assistance in identifying two black males who robbed a residence in the area of 56-67 Frydendahl, Smith Bay at about 1:00pm on Friday, October 16. The two men entered the residence, pointed guns at a female and her infant child, and demanded jewelry and money. Please help police identify and arrest these two thugs.

St. Croix: Recently, St. Croix and the Territory have had numerous reports of sexual abuse of children. VIPD Detectives are asking for your assistance to expose all incidents of sexual abuse. If you or someone you know has been a victim of sexual abuse and are afraid to report the incident to police, please report it anonymously through Crime Stoppers giving the name of the abuser, and the date(s) and time(s) when the abuse took place. There is no statute of limitations on sexual abuse.

St. Croix: Detectives are seeking information about the person(s) involved in the robbery at the Randall “Doc” James Racetrack on Monday, August 16, at approximately 12:00 noon. Police suspect the perpetrators were also in the area that morning.
St. John: Police are seeking your assistance in solving a daylight burglary that occurred on Wednesday, September 30, in the area of Villa Carib in Chocolate Hole. Electronics were removed from a residence, including several iPods. Please help police identify the burglars and recover the electronics.
St. Thomas: On Friday, September 25 between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., a residence was burglarized in Estate Nadir, in the area of the horse track. A large amount of cash and jewelry were taken. Police need your help to identify the burglars and to recover the jewelry.
