St. John: On December 2nd, at about 1:10 p.m., police received a report that a wallet and an iPhone 4 were stolen from Quiet Mon Pub in Cruz Bay. The victim laid her cell phone and wallet that contained IDs and credit cards on the bar counter for a few minutes. When she returned the items were missing. Tell us what you know.
St. Thomas: On Tuesday, December 3rd, two armed Ranger America security guards were in the vicinity of Lockhart Mall picking up a deposit from Kmart when a gunman fired several shots at them. The shooter escaped from the scene with a money bag containing over $33,000. A suspect, 28-yr-old Richard Hodge Jr., was apprehended but the money bag was not recovered. VIPD is seeking the community’s help in recovering the money.

St. Thomas: On Wednesday, November 27th at 7:20 p.m. in the area of Lima`s Laundry, a man in the company of several other men was shot when a vehicle entered the parking lot and the occupant(s) opened fire on him. St. Croix: On Monday, November 18th at about 2:30 p.m., a 42-year-old male was shot and killed in the vicinity of the Vincent Mason Pool in Frederiksted. The victim, Sergeant David Francois, a member of the Virgin Islands National Guard, was on an outing with his wife when an unknown person or persons took his life. If you were in the area of the pool or Target Wall Beach area and heard gunshots or saw anyone in the area at the time of the shooting incident, please let us know.
St. John: On Wednesday, November 6th, police received a report that parts had been removed from a 2000 white GMC truck. This theft occurred in the area of Susannaberg. The entire dashboard was removed and several parts of the engine. The owner last saw his vehicle intact on September 27th. Please tell us what you know about this theft.
St. Thomas: On Saturday, November 16th at 1:00 a.m., two Spanish speaking men left a bar and walked in the area of Garden Street when two armed, masked men approached them. They pointed guns at the men and said something in English, which they were unable to understand. The robbers tried to grab one of the victim’s bag but couldn’t because the two men took off running. The robbers then shot at them, injuring both. Help police identify and arrest these criminals before they kill someone.

St. Croix: Crime Stoppers and law enforcement are asking for your assistance regarding a robbery that occurred at the Williams Delight Head Start Center at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 26th, where five masked individuals robbed a 37-year-old father and his 19-year-old friend at gun point after he dropped his daughter off at the Center. The father was shot as he tried to elude the robbers. These thugs put children`s lives in jeopardy by shooting towards the building. Step up; tell us what you know and help put an end to these incidents.
St. John: On Thursday, November 14th at about 3:30 p.m., police received a report that a handbag had been stolen at Wharfside Village in Cruz Bay. The bag contained important documents, a black iPhone 4S in a purple and green otter box phone case and $1000. Help law enforcement identify the thief.
St. Thomas: On Thursday, October 17th, a man reported that at 10:25 p.m. he left Mango Tree Bar in Smith Bay walking toward his vehicle parked on the opposite side of the street when he heard a male voice call his name. As he looked back he saw an individual and then suddenly heard rapid gun shots. As he took off running he observed someone running behind him, but could not see his face. He then jumped over a fence onto the main roadway where he realized he had been shot several times.

St. Croix: Police are investigating several burglaries which occurred in Estates Whim, Williams Delight, Richmond, Sion Farm and Cotton Valley in the past several days. Although these burglaries occurred when no one was home, we believe someone saw some suspicious activity in the area. In each of these burglaries, police were only able to get minimal information or details about the burglaries. If you know or have heard about anyone involved in any burglary, please let us know.
St. John: Between 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 29th and Thursday, October 30th at about the same time, a dinghy, engine, and trailer were stolen from the area of Great Cruz Bay. The dinghy is a grey 2010 inflatable, is 10’ 6” in length, and 5’ 5” in width. The outboard engine is a Yamaha E15.
St. Thomas: On Friday, November 8th at about 11:00 a.m. in the area of the Inspector’s lounge at the DMV in Sub Base, an argument between 33-year-old Akil Greig, an employee of DMV, and an unidentified black male turned deadly when the unknown male pulled out a handgun and shot Mr. Greig multiple times, killing him. The shooter then fled in a BMW. Witnesses said the altercation was a personal matter and not DMV-related.

St. Croix: On Thursday, October 24th at about 8:45 p.m., 23-year-old Kendall Freeman was shot and killed in the vicinity of building 13 in the Mutual Homes housing community. If you were in the area around the time of this shooting and saw someone or something, please let us know. The police would like to say “thank you for your help in solving many other related incidents and crimes in the Territory”.
St. John: Sometime between Sunday, October 20th at 4:00 p.m. and the following Monday morning, someone broke into the gym at Gifft Hill School. The gym was locked and secured Sunday afternoon. Nothing was taken, but this matter is of great concern since several schools have been vandalized in the Territory. Please help police identify the burglar(s).
St. Thomas: On Monday, October 28th sometime after 5:00 p.m., a 14-year-old girl on Beltjen Road between the stoplight and the stairs leading down to the Federal Building parking lot, accepted a ride to Hospital Ground from a black male in a two-door black Acura with tan interior. Instead of taking her to Hospital Ground he drove her to a dead end road in Agnes Fancy where he raped her by force with a knife in his hand. Help police identify this rapist.

On October 25th at about 1:00 p.m., when the business was reopened, it was discovered that someone had burglarized the business and stolen a 42-inch black Samsung TV, a sound board, several bottles of liquor, and a Wi-Fi router. Help police solve this crime by telling us what you know.
St. Thomas: On Wednesday, October 23rd at 11:40 p.m., officers responded to a call from the manager of K-Mart in Lockhart Gardens who stated that two armed, masked males took an unknown amount of money from the office safe. The robbers then fled the store through an emergency exit that leads to 10th street. Help police identify and arrest these robbers.

St. Croix: Between Tuesday, October 15th and Friday, October 18th, three robberies occurred. A couple was robbed of cash and jewelry on Tuesday at 9:15 p.m. by two males in the Dorsch Beach area. On Thursday, about midnight, three armed males robbed patrons at a bar on Midland Road. The three wore masks and camouflage clothing and fled the scene in a white vehicle. Then, early Friday at about 4:25 a.m., a couple was robbed of their vehicle, cash, and jewelry in the Altoona Lagoon area by two masked, armed individuals driving a light colored vehicle. Help put an end to these assaults and robberies by telling us what you know.
St. John: On Saturday October 12th, just before midnight, a green four-door Jeep Cherokee, tag JEN-447, was left parked in the area of the Lime Inn in Cruz Bay. The driver returned on Sunday, shortly after the noon hour, and discovered the vehicle had been stolen. Prior to that, at about 6:00 a.m. the vehicle had been found overturned in the area of Gift Hill with no driver present. Tell us what you know about this automobile theft and subsequent accident.
St. Thomas: On Monday, October 14th at 2:10 a.m., officers were dispatched to a call for shots fired at Coki Point Beach. Upon arrival, officers discovered that a male and female had been shot and killed. A second male victim was shot in the leg. Help police determine who the shooter(s) were and why this shooting occurred.

St. Croix: On Friday, October 11th at about 7:00 a.m., a 29-year-old man was shot as he was getting ready to leave home for work. The victim said an unknown male wearing a white shirt, black pants and a cloth covering his face ran up to him and shot him once. If you were in the residential area of Barren Spot leading to Estate La Reine, and saw a male wearing clothing fitting the description, please tell us what you saw.
St. John: Police are urging the motoring public to come to a complete stop when they encounter a school bus dropping off or picking up students. If vehicles do not stop, they violate traffic laws, and more importantly, can injure an innocent child. If you see anyone passing a bus illegally, please call 911 immediately, providing as much information on the driver and the vehicle as possible. The safety of our school children is of utmost importance.
St. Thomas: On Friday, October 4th, a man was walking in the area of Jala Jala -Kronprindsen Gade when he heard several gunshots. The man then realized that he had been shot in the chest. Help put an end to these shootings by telling us what you know.

Officers discovered an unresponsive black male lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. The man, identified as 27-year-old Andre Christian, died at the scene. Another man that had been shot several times was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle. If you know anything about these shootings, please tell us as your information will help to put an end to the violence.

St. Thomas: On Tuesday, September 24 at about 6:40 p.m., officers were dispatched to Hospital Ground, near the Tickle Nickel Bar, for reports of shots fired and a man down. Upon arrival the officers found an unresponsive black male lying face up in the roadway bleeding from the upper body. The man, identified as 27-year-old Avery Martin, was shot multiple times and died at the scene. Help police identify and arrest the killer(s)

St. Croix: On Thursday, September 13th at approximately 9:45 a.m., four masked men robbed the Mini World Gift Shop located in the Sunny Isles Shopping Center. Witnesses say the robbers fled the scene in a maroon Ford SUV. Law enforcement needs your help. If you were in the area of Mini World and saw anyone lurking about or have heard of anyone talking about jewelry for sale at bargain prices, please say something.
St. John: On September 4th, an employee of Cimmaron Condos made a routine inspection of a property located at 3AB Cruz Bay Battery Hill condos and discovered the residence had been burglarized. A television, stereo, DVD player, coffee maker, and all the silverware had been stolen. Tell us what you know about this burglary thereby helping police solve this crime.
St. Thomas: On Monday, September 16th at 9:40 a.m., an unknown black male, who was wearing all black, entered Gems and Gold Corner Store and pointed a gun at the owner. He then broke the glass showcase, and took an undetermined amount of jewelry. Help identify this armed robber by telling us what you know.

St. Croix: On Sunday, August 18th, at about 5:00 a.m., a 59-year-old woman was walking with her four-year-old grandson along North Shore Road in the area of the doctor`s offices west of the District Court when she was struck and killed by a hit and run driver. The vehicle has been described as a black or dark colored Suzuki Vitara, Grand Vitara or Sidekick. The car sustained damage to the front chrome bumper, and possibly to the hood, side panels and windshield. Police say thanks for the information already provided, but need a little more. St. John: The month of September is known as the most active month during hurricane season. The police department is advising the St. John community to be careful when driving on flooded road ways and to avoid being outside or in high areas when it`s lightening. Residents of the eastern part of the island are advised to monitor weather conditions closely in the event of road closures. If you need any assistance for an emergency, please call 911 immediately.
St. Thomas: On Thursday, August 29 at about 5:00 p.m., a man was walking in the area of Bellavista Hotel when he heard several gunshots. When he saw people running, he started running and did not realize he had been shot in his right ankle. The victim is unaware of who actually shot him so the police are seeking any information that can lead to an arrest.

St. Croix: On Monday, August 26 at approximately 9:00 a.m., police were called to the Juan Luis Hospital in reference to a shooting victim. The man had been shot in his upper left shoulder near his home in Estate Williams Delight. St. John: On August 10 at about 9:50 p.m., police responded to a fight in the road in front of Castaways Bar in Cruz Bay. A man was arrested but VIPD thinks others were involved. If you know anything about this incident please speak up.
St. Thomas: On Saturday, August 24 at 5:45 a.m., a woman was walking in the area of Estate Contant to the rear of MCH Center when she was approached from behind by an unknown assailant who assaulted and robbed her of her jewelry. Help police identify and arrest this thug.

St. Croix: On Sunday, August 18th, at about 5:00 a.m., a 59-year-old woman was walking with her four-year-old grandson along North Shore Road in the area of the doctor`s offices west of the District Court. She was struck and killed by a hit and run driver; the vehicle has been described as a black or dark colored Suzuki Vitara, Grand Vitara or Sidekick. The car sustained damage to the front chrome bumper, and possibly to the hood, side panels and windshield. Police are asking the public and all body and car repair shops to notify them or Crime Stoppers immediately if you see a vehicle that fits this description. Please help bring closure for the family and keep in mind the trauma experienced by this young child who was left at the scene. Please make that call if you know something.
St. John: On August 18th at about 1:35 a.m., police received a 911 call from a resident at Bellevue who stated that while she was sleeping a burglar entered her home. When she screamed, he left with her multicolored handbag containing money, Ids, and credit cards. The intruder is described as being young, short, small-built, black and male. He may have sustained scratches to his face or body. Please help police identify this burglar.
St. Thomas: On Thursday, June 6th at 6:00 p.m., two men were driving in the area of Four Winds Church when several shots were fired at them by an unknown person(s). Both men sustained several gunshot wounds. This crime is under active investigation and police are seeking any information that can lead to the apprehension and arrest of the shooter(s).

St. Croix: On Friday, March 9, 2012 shortly before midnight, police responded to a call of shots discharged in Estate Castle Coakley near Shuama Gas Station. There they found two males who had been shot. Deneil Brow, a 22-year-old, was killed. The second victim survived but was unable to give a description of the shooter. Witnesses indicated that the two men were shot after an argument with the shooter. Tell us what you know about this shooting.
St. John: Between 6:30 p.m., Monday August 5th and 2:25 a.m. Tuesday morning August 6th, a 1997 white Jeep Wrangler, plate # TDR-172 was stolen from the parking lot of the Enighed Barge Ramp. Help police recover this vehicle by telling us what you know.
St. Thomas: On Friday, July 12 at 5:50 a.m., it was discovered that the rear western door of Touch Easy Java, located at Vitraco Park Mall, had been pried open by burglars. They also broke in to four video lottery terminal cash pans, and stole an ATM from the business. Tell us what you know about this incident so police can identify the burglars.

St. Croix: On Wednesday, July 23 in the Mt. Victory area, the burned body of Mr. Earl James was found inside his white Toyota Tacoma. The license plate number is CEQ-323. The night before, officers received a call that unknown individuals had stopped a truck similar to the one owned by Mr. Charles in the vicinity of Concordia Villas Housing Community and the Alexander Henderson Elementary School. The stopped vehicle was described as a white Toyota Tacoma driven by a black male. According to the caller, the man and his truck were driven away from the area by the individuals who stopped him. Tell us what you know about the persons who were involved in stopping this vehicle. The minimum reward for the arrest of a homicide suspect is $1,500.
St. John: On Friday, July 26 at about 2:50 a.m., police responded to a fight in progress in the area of the Lumber Yard, Cruz Bay. When they arrived they found a male with a large laceration to his head. If you know something about this matter, say something.
St. Thomas: On Monday, July 15 at 5:10 p.m., two young men were in Office Max in Tutu Park Mall and stole a computer tablet. Pictures of the two suspects can be found on our website. Please view the pictures and help identify them. The minimum reward for an arrest is $536 plus, if recovered, 10% of the value of the tablet.

Crime and corruption has a cost which is always paid by the law abiding citizens of the community through higher prices and higher taxes. Reducing that cost puts money back in your pocket. St. Croix: During the past two weeks, robberies have occurred throughout St. Croix by masked men dressed in black carrying various types of guns. In most instances, the robbers were described as being black or Hispanic and 5’4” to 6 feet in height. The robberies occurred primarily in Estate Glynn, Williams Delight, and Christiansted town. Help police identify and arrest these robbers before someone is seriously hurt or killed.
St. John: Sometime between July 15 and July 18 at the dock at Coral Bay, someone stole a Yamaha boat engine from a dingy. The model number of the dingy is E15CMHS. Tell us what you know so police can identify the thief and recover the engine.
St. Thomas: Police need your help to identify and arrest the person(s) involved in a rash of vehicle break-ins that resulted in a substantial loss of personal items by the victims. The break-ins occurred from April 20th thru April 29th, mostly between midnight and 2:00 a.m. from Norre Gade to Market Square, including near Seven Wonders, the Lutheran Church, Nye Gade, Kronprindsens Gade, Wimmelskafts Gade, and Veterans Drive near the Windward Passage Hotel.
